Most of the guys you work with are great, but Barminco still treat ya like a number

They still treat you like a number, their pay rates are on the lower end of the scale compared too other ug mining companys, they still pay ya a base rate if fa for sick days.

Best mining company for entry role or apprenticeship free accomdation and food, people and mangermeant are great to work with only downside 14 days on.

Great people there, supportive some managers. Great open minded recruiters. Make alot of friends. Just low pay and terrible safety awareness. Favoured system for sure. Low pay.

Baminco is a good company to work at, only those people who have been working there for how many years that makes Barminco a bit keos and some controversial day to day work related problems most specially at the mining sites.
