Production Supervisor/Manager in Sydney NSW
on 24 August 2021
Safe and stable environment, low standards of excellence makes it easy to achieve
Overall good place to work, you're given a lot autonomy to run your own department. However, next step career wise is slow. Long term employees ahead of your,20 plus years on tenure before moving up a level of management.

High demand but well paid
Well paid but definitely not the job for everyone. The job will be high demand on mental and physical strength. However, it is well rewarded and just above the market wage .
Compounding Assistant in Perth WA
on 3 March 2022
Lack of communication, staff and micromanagement
Working at Baxter is brilliant when they have adequate staffing levels… however in the Perth site that was not the case. Over worked, stressed employees and doing overtime daily, hours of overtime, was expected, not asked. A text every morning asking you to come in an hour and a half early, DAILY. You have to give a reason why you CANT do daily over time. Severe lack of appreciation for the “little guys”. $250 million WA tender, yet no bonuses… says a lot about priorities. Management are either too hands off, or too demanding. High staff turnover means nobody is actually trained to assist. Absolute nightmare.
Previous casual employee in Toongabbie NSW
on 10 February 2022
Generally good team on the floor, management could improve in lots of aspects.
Experienced casual workers are overlooked and new ones with no experience are preferred. Too much self-interest and politics. Production team members generally used to be good to work with. Management often asks to work extensive hours, poor work life balance.
Administration Assistant in Melbourne VIC

Work your butt off, and earn minimum wage
Loved team mates, enjoyed the work, didn't enjoy feeling completely unappreciated and consistently given more and more work and responsibilities with no renumeration.
