great experience heavy work environment,had to take supervisors position because our superior had to leave due to personal reasons,never worked in that type of environment but coped amazingly well .

Busy work environment, stressful

Busy work environment , stressful at times. Good staff relations and team bonding. Best part of the job was finding solutions for clients problems and having a good relationship to move forward on.

I was a casual worker who worked with BCS. All my works are work in the warehouse or counter. There are no much reviews to comment. It was an easy job without involving much thinking.

Very rewarding work

Aged care worker and R.A.O (Former Employee) - Castle Hill - 9 July 2015

I would visit my aged clients and provide services that they found difficult to do for themselves. It would include assisting with personal care , shopping, housework and getting to Doctors appointments. I also provided respite so family members can take a break.

Just not enough time to spend with the clients.
