I loved this job until they changed management

I believe I would still at this buissness and probably be store manager by now , but then they employed a new manager who I have had problems with in the past and everything went downhill from there ..When I informed senior management about previous problems with said person , I was informed I was being a problem to them ...

Work 6 days a week and get paid for 5

Expect you to bend over backwards for them but give you nothing in return, full of promises but don’t deliver. Ordering system and logistics so complicated and frustrating. Not a fun place to work. Fitting tyres in business pants and expect you to remain clean to serve customers is a joke.

Toxic environment/Bad Management/Low Pay.

My advise to all potential applicants "DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME" Beaurepaires has a very toxic work culture very well known in the automotive industry think of it like a big bubble if you will, if your not inside the bubble your considered to be an outsider so they have a different standard and that's the issue, they overlook candidates with experience and God forbid if you have an opinion. Management above store level are totally incompetent and struggle to contain day to day issues. So if your happy to work in a stressful, low paying toxic environment then this is the job for you.
