I loved this job until they changed management

I believe I would still at this buissness and probably be store manager by now , but then they employed a new manager who I have had problems with in the past and everything went downhill from there ..When I informed senior management about previous problems with said person , I was informed I was being a problem to them ...

Work 6 days a week and get paid for 5

Expect you to bend over backwards for them but give you nothing in return, full of promises but don’t deliver. Ordering system and logistics so complicated and frustrating. Not a fun place to work. Fitting tyres in business pants and expect you to remain clean to serve customers is a joke.

Toxic environment/Bad Management/Low Pay.

My advise to all potential applicants "DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME" Beaurepaires has a very toxic work culture very well known in the automotive industry think of it like a big bubble if you will, if your not inside the bubble your considered to be an outsider so they have a different standard and that's the issue, they overlook candidates with experience and God forbid if you have an opinion.Management above store level are totally incompetent and struggle to contain day to day issues. So if your happy to work in a stressful, low paying toxic environment then this is the job for you.

Pros

None

Cons

Just about everything.

Beaurepaires were ok to work for. The whole experience revolves around good management and great staff.

This company is ok to work for. They were supportive in decisions about tyre and wheel safety. In saying this, in most cases we could get a second opinion. Personal safety is paramount and the company is very supportive if you have any concerns.

Pros

Good job security for the most part good experienced management teams, good work environment.

Cons

It is a younger persons job. Very physical and can be a little stressful

Highly stressed combative environment

Change of management created many problems at senior management level, tried to rule by fear but never knew what the inherent business processes were. Too many people wanting to do things their way.

Pros

Opportunity to travel

Cons

combative non productive environment with senior management, siloh structure.

Busy and very physical job.

Busy place but struggled with the 40 degree plus heat. Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. This job was something I had never done before but enjoyed the challenge of learning something completely different to what I was used too.

Very bad place to work

I would never recommend this company to anyone. Management have no people skills you will be blamed for managments mistakes you will be used managers and area managers are corrupt if you don't want to be part of the corrupt activities you will be set up and sacked.

Cons

No home work life corrupt management

over managed by hr

toxic environment, where HR offers no assistance to managers and supervisors. When staff problems occur, HR sit on their hands and offer little to no help in resolving issues at store level.

Pros

good products and many good people

Cons

when things and staff go wrong, HR folds their arms and procrastinates.

Typical multinational - harder you work tighter your squeezed

Upper management and state support non existent.. expected to work 55hrs a week for a 38hr wage. Equipment dangerous, out dated and not serviced at regular intervals. Atrocious safety record across Australia but especially in WA. If you value your health go work for a competitor.

Pros

Small tight teams and great customers

Cons

The rest
