This company was my very first ever nursing agency since my registration last year believe me I refused every shift they offered me because I was too nervous to start without doing a grad year, until I started running out of money So I said yes to my very first shift and the staff there was so understanding and helped me get thru especially with the medication rounds I watched while they adminisreted and all of a sudden it came back to me all the knowledge I knew so at lunch time I flew thru the lunch time medications with full on confidence and pride with the help of wonderful staff and one year later as from today enjoying all the challenges risks from mental health ti rehab, acute medical wards been to most hospitals in Melbourne. Cheers. Belmore
