Nice people, terrible systems
Work and workload fine, excellent people mostly and a great culture in the main but some of the computer systems need serious investment. Leadership are all very down to earth.
Product Manager in Sydney NSW

Overall Great stepping stone for further learning
Majority of the staff is based either in Bendigo or Adelaide unless you work for the margin lender Leveraged. Decent with wfh options. Work is not too difficult. Not much office culture.
Bank Officer in Victoria

Toxic Culture poor Management
Entering the work place in the morning in a positive mood, leaving at the end of the day drained, unmotivated and deflated from the bullying culture and unproductive day.
Engineer in Bendigo VIC

Institutionalised Workers
When there is only one major employer in town in your field then you are pretty much stuck there. The company knows this. This is exploited by management
Settlements Officer in Adelaide CBD SA

Work life balance
Very good work culture and beautiful work environment. The people are helpful and there is great teamwork. Lots of assistance is provided and very open communication is established.
