Miserable place with high turnover of staff due to lack of support from Management

What is the best part of working at the company?If there was a zero star rating, I would have chosen that. The local branch manager is a person to be avoided. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Manager does not know how to manage people. Lacks any kind of people skills.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Ask any previous employee about the branch staff turnover and why they left. Very hostile, intimidating and old school "I'm the boss" mentality. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Miserable. Hence why I not longer work there.
