Its an adjustment working here.
Order Puller (Current Employee) - Tulsa, OK - 26 October 2022
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedHaving worked here over 60 days now, its been an adjustment compared to other jobs. Training is minimal at first. They give you a brief general rundown of regular duties then let you off the leash. Most of the learning comes from trial and error. If you make a mistake, they correct you in detail. Its not a high paced job. They care more about accuracy than anything else. You will not hear from management about being too slow. As long as the job is done right, you’re fine. There is opportunity to move up or to different positions. Im in warehousing but have been talked to about possible opportunities to work in production with more hours and base pay. Very employee friendly. 3 weeks PTO a year. They dont give you a hassle about using it. If the day is slow, they give you the option to leave early or stay. If you do leave early you can use PTO to fill in gaps. Overall its a great place to work if you can tolerate a jerk or two.

Negative energy throughout the company
Inside Sales Representative (Former Employee) - Tulsa, OK - 28 August 2020
The daily job duties are simple but can be take time to learn. I've seen many new hires struggle with understanding how to complete tasks and what exactly is expected of them. Management needs work and I believe the company could be more profitable and positions more enjoyable with better managers in place.
Pros
Decent starting pay and good benefits
Cons
Management and raises

Good Luck
INSIDE SALES (Former Employee) - Tulsa, OK - 13 December 2019
While I used to enjoy my job, management is oblivious to (or chose to ignore) a bully mentality in their inside sales group. Pay scale is low compared to other companies in the same field. Benefits were good.

Circus Act
Inside Sales Rep (Former Employee) - Saskatoon, SK - 9 October 2014
The only things missing from this job were the three rings and the elephants. Everyday was like a dog & pony show. There were three people (myself included) when I started the job. I had no experience with selling hydraulics, but a week into the job, the inside salesman quit and I was thrust into the position without any idea of what I was doing. They provided little to no training and expected big results from me. A couple of months later, they had finally replaced the inside sales guy, but instead of allowing me to resume my S/R duties, they had me continue inside sales. This was because the fellow they hired to replace the other dude, chose to gossip on the phone all day, rather than assume the duties he was hired for.
The management was a joke. Inside sales had a manager (in Calgary) who would come to town every couple of months for a day or so. He'd hum and haw and mope around talking about soccer and his motorcycle. The manager for outside sales, was an angry fella from Winnipeg, who flew in every couple of weeks, and when he was in the office, it was like living with an alcoholic. You had to walk on egg shells, for fear if he heard you, he'd go off on you. I've never been in a situation, professionally or personally, where a person of significant authority would verbally chastise you on a regular basis.
Overall, this job is a joke and they do have a high volume of turnover, employment-wise. I was "guaranteed" a pay raise after 6 months, which was pushed the the New Year, then pushed to my one year anniversary, and when that failed to come to fruition, -
Pros
Lunches were nice, as you could leave for an hour. Fridays, we'd have a barbecue.
Cons
Every other conceivable factor you can think of. The place was a circus, I only wish they had a monkey show.
