There is no obligations from employer to the emploees
It is a very frustrating situation when they have choose a group of people and started train them (we all were updating their old database and calling the clients), praising workers' outstanding success after analyzing daily work and suddenly after two weeks of hard and intense work the owner dropped the whole group without A WORD of explanation or warning, just saying - we are starting to work with another group tomorrow so you guys don't come to work. Next day after us trying to clarify by phoning when to come to work they say - never:The owner just changed his mind. The work hours are paid though but we never received any payslip. They also ignore your emails with payslips request.
The hardest part of the job was extreme intensity, there is no chance for break even for the restroom - they wanted more and more calls per unit of time (every 15 min).

This is most irresponsible behavior toward to the employees, treating them extremely poorly.

Very disappointed with this company and their agenda.

One minute they are offering you to do more than just be on the phones, next minute they have changed their minds and you are no longer required. They are never honest about anything and don't explain anything.

Besst Recruitment is a permanent and temporary labour hire specialist, located in Yeerongpilly. Owner and managers are very proud of their history of success. They are specialising in providing adequate recruitment solutions for their Host Employers, clients and matching their needs to a highest quality labour hire and temp staff. Training and development staff is focused on training and development of newcomers to the workforce and professional development of their existing Temp and Labour hire staff. Heavily committed to Safety, quality and service guarantee.
Most of Recruiters and Sales staff are treated as partners in the business and work at least 60 Hours per week. Office is staffed from 8am to 8pm. Pretty much they put their skin in the game and "all in" for their Business clients, Temps and Labour hire personnel. Life-work balance is not great as you give most of your week for your clients.
