I left Bhp because of no regional employment help.
The bhp that is publicised through the social media is not what happens in the work force.
Work hours work people on the front line are getting longer but less money.
Mental health is not taken seriously for the long time members of the business and the younger work force take advantage of this to remove themselves from work duties and into different rolls.
Many new and in-experienced leaders trying to leave there new rolls so no accountability for mistakes made. This is not there fault as new leaders get dropped in these rolls with no support.
Terrible place to work if your male
No support from management team
Bullying is rampant and swept under the rug
End of contract
