Good job for me Bulldozer operator and benefit and direct hired good camping job in Australia I will happy for them
Career advancement and new challenges. Heard they had good training. If hired directly there is excellent training, support and career advancement opportunities. For contractors however it can be a lot more challenging as they learn they are second grade pretty quickly.
