Everyone working there was very accommadating of me as a trainee in regards to teaching me how to perform my tasks. This is good because the systems for working can be and were confusing to a trainee. that said, its a great and friendly working environment

A safe place to work but no chance to advance

I work in a very secure position and don’t think I’ll find myself without a job. But if you’re young like me and still have lots to learn it is NOT the place to be. I haven’t learned anything in a long time and am now looking into other jobs.

Would recommend. This company. There is good culture. Ppl are nice Safety is first. Flexibility Worklife balance Would have no rotation in recommending anyone who finds an opportunity to work at BHP over any organisation that I have to work for over the last 25 years.

Fun workplace but no job Secured

A typical work day has so many meetings, some productive but many non-productive to many of them. Management don't treat you as a person but just a robot. I wont go to BHP again

Apportunities given to improve on Payroll process

It has always been a learning experience with the Transition of HR Payroll services to Malaysia. Job has not been hard at all. Accepting challenges at work makes me more confident and competentent. I am enjoying every bit of my job either training the team or learning.
