Career advancement and new challenges. Heard they had good training. If hired directly there is excellent training, support and career advancement opportunities. For contractors however it can be a lot more challenging as they learn they are second grade pretty quickly.

Safety was critical and safety advisors were constantly monitoring the site . This leads to a safe environment .

You should be able to work for BHP again considering they still employee people that have crashed trucks, Utes etc. They need to give people a second chance to come back and work again unless they have broke safety procedures. People always need second chances and BHP need to step up their game with work especially for the locals.

No I don't recall needing one. Although I applied for and received a Working with Children clearance for the work I did within the community.
