Because I'm sick to death of working as a casual at a BHP site for about 5years now, for less income and benefits as the permanent employees That I work with doing the same job. I see permanent workers getting great conditions but it's very clear from what I see that my effort and clean safety record doesn't mean a thing as far as getting anywhere with a full time job on this site.
So where does one go from here when all you have to apply for is casual/temp positions?
BHP, how about you start looking at the great people you are letting slip away with your bottom dollar labour hire cost cutting?
