Fantastic Green Field Development Project
Analysis & Improvement Engineer Mechanical (Former Employee) –  Pilbara WA10 May 2018
Fantastic Green Field Development Project with the opportunity to build something from the ground up, developing the site, systems and culture from scratch the right way.

Too many people getting through the system who can talk-the-talk but never actually deliver what's required of them.
Pros
Green field opportunity, world class performance
Cons
Reliance on the motivated people who achieve results and no respect for their time off
