Poor management

On my opinion in 11 years on The Commercial Cleaning Industry with another company before when i was training a job. It was easy to manage you own job following your role on site but after getting job. They push more and more to do. Thats make you muddle, stress and confuse with your job also if your colleague take day off or sick. Your will covering your friends job by not pay any extra money.

Relatively relaxed work environment in a high profile location in the Sydney CBD

Worked with BIC services for almost 2 years where it was smooth sailing almost the entire time. Good wages, perfectly timed payments and good bonuses. Paid sick leaves, annual leaves and even public holidays. The building I worked in was a high profile location in one of Sydney's most prestigious locations in NSW, One Farrer Place. Somewhat pressure existed in the work environment, but that is expected when you need to deliver a quality service to such a high profile client as Dexus Properties.

working in BIC is quite a good experience for me. everyone is very helpful. the only thing is focus by everyone is to meet customer expectation. I have learned how to work with the group. Moreover,r I learned the importance of work no matter what the work is. the management level of BIC is quite good. In BIC different people belong from a different country and they all are respect with each other. the hardest part of job is to maintain the same cleaness in every time. Most enjoyable part to working in BIC environment is everyone is a very cheerful and happy person. all are a very helpful and good person.

The University of Sydney basically operates 365 days of the year and 24 hours per day. The university accommodates about 60000 students and nearly 7000 academic and Management and operational staff. Majority of cleaning and other services are carried out during after-hours and building cleaning mainly done between 3.00 am and 7.00 am. It was a great opportunity for dealing with a very multicultural environment as there are students and academics attend from various countries and regions.

Good company to work for if your willing to work hard

This company looks after its loyal staff making sure to give them the hours they need. You still get staff who don’t pull their weight but management is fairly approachable and will try to give u good staff to work with.

Our Christmas party day is a big funday. Every year our company arrange a huge expensive christmas party. I've learned about management, cleaning, leading, work without supervision. My co-workers are awesome, They are very friendly funny. The hardest part is when I've to handle a big job in a busy time by myself only. The most enjoyable part is when we work together.

A day at work for me is actually an evening, anytime after close of business but before 10pm. I have the flexablity to go when my large family is better settled in the night. Pride in the job is a big deal. And personal presentation is also. Uniform and all equipment provided. Generious pay.
