Freedom of work hours
Lots of driving. Minimal training. Hours are very hit and miss. Hard to get hold of management when needed. Not good communication between stores and reps

False and misleading
Misrepresented the jobTold me they would basically recontract you after every 6 weeks so you never become a fulltime employeeWanted me to sign an exclusive contract offering me no guaranteed hours a week, when queried they said that doesnt apply to casuals but you still have to sign the contract that is completly wrong.Never paid me for the online training I did at there request

overview
inconsistent hours but very flexible. Overall, good team environment with lots to experience. The other downside is that there is not much career progression, unless you are based in NSW

Flexible and Enjoyable Workplace
Great company to work for. Very flexible work life balance, with ample opportunity for growth within the business. Hours can vary, but you always get 2 weeks notice. Great for someone new to the workforce, someone after a second job or for someone just wanting something light and easy going.
