11 questions about Hiring Process at BIG W
I was phoned for a group interview the day before. There were over 30 people who came to the group interview and only 10 were being selected. We did a group interview by splitting into 3 groups of 10 and doing a priority task activity - fairly easy. Then individual interviews followed with around 10 questions where the manager writes your answers down. 5 days later, got an email and message for an offer to the job!

Up to 38 hours. If I remember correctly, you cannot work more than 38 hours a week. I think there are exceptions if spoken to by a manager
