Bad management

Extremely busy, majority of the staff haven't been sufficiently trained in their sections so if you do happen to know what you're doing you'll be run off your feet in no time.

Told We vs me culture but they leave departments out to dry with next to no support, underpay as your acting as a supervisor but aren’t getting paid as one, over worked because you’re doing the work of four. Working multiple counters because management doesn’t understand time management goes out the window when you have customers on two counters and only one staff plus stock to fill. Even though there was meant to be help with that. So yeah it easy going if you’re on check outs or apparel or you stand around joking all day while that one team member actually carries the team.
