good just not enough shifts
i enjoy working at big w the job is easy and the people are nice, hate the shifts only get 3 hour shifts and 1 or 2 a week overall all though the supportive environment and lots of access to support Fill team member in Perth WA

Wouldn’t recommend for students or people wanting a good work/life balance
Bad hours as a casual. Lots of gossip, everyone talked about everyone. Average pay, but it was decent with casual loading. Fill team member position was repetitive and boring after a couple months, genuinely made me feel depressed. Easy going workplace
