The job itself fine, though you’re taught nothing and have to ask team members for help who are friendly enough but I have never had such horrible team leaders in my life absolutely vial people.

Worst place ever

I was an employee at the Penrith nsw store working for the fill department. And wouldn’t recommend it to anyone not even a stranger. The line managers and supervisors were absolutely horrible. They made us do the work that was NOT in our job description. They would make us stay back 2-2.5 hours later than our shift was meant to finish. Also my “coworkers” were terrible people aswell I met probably 3-4 nice ppl the rest were old haters. Bigw need to get there stuff together and fire those horrible supervisors and get new people in

wanting full time work but couldn't get it after 2yrs

would have stayed if i could have gotten on full time i learnt every aspect of replenishment from unloading the trucks to sorting the stock to spot filling to stock replenishment to0 customer service the just couldn't find me full time work
