Fun workplaces 🤩

I met beautiful people, Working together as a team is really friendly all employees and employers.Bingo Industries has many types of people different cultures That's great thing in a company, also they gave to workers gifts and bonus. The important thing in that company thinking about safety ,Think safe, Be safe, home safe. This called zero harm.

Culture bad drivers good

Management very poor, I actually got terminated over the phone for reasons even union rep doesn't understand. You are constantly watched, cameras in there trucks and work phone. I totally loved my job but management no good.

Pros

Rather not comment on past employers.

Because of the covid pandemic not many companies are hiring. It is not my place to criticise or praise ex employers. As such I am uncomfortable with being asked for comment. One person's trash is another's treasure. You really have to experience these things for youself. Good luck to anyone who has a go.

Pros

Long hours

Cons

Long hours

Busy stressful workplace

busy and stressful workplace. No good work/life balance. No rest for workers. 6 days a week over 10 hours shifts. To be honest the management is terrible. Too corrupted, they don't seem to care about their employees.

There a joke

Too many chiefs not enough indians there are way too many people telling you what to do and way too many people think that they are more important than everyone else

Tough

Jobs not too hard but if they go tough on you you better leave Not been here long but they're very very tough on new comers and distinguish between employees

Working at Bingo Industries in Auburn was an opportunity for me early on in my career to learn the basics of a thriving business. It familiarised me with the workplace process.

comfortable environment

The job was great, I loved it the area was dirty, not because of the office, but because of the rubbish/recycling waste outside. Always dusty always busy always working the hours were too long for the small amount of money we got bosses cared about the job getting done than the workers 2nd overall, the team you work with is what makes your day better, the smile on peoples faces when they leave brightens the mood

Cons

hours too long for small wage, work becomes your life

Fast paced waste sorting in dirty, dusty recycling plant

Although the workplace was smelly, dirty and dusty. I made good friends. Very physical fast paced sorting line. Trying to reach massive quotas. But we still had fun. Management was very difficult to negotiate with on certain issues.

Pros

Great coworkers, close to home, simple job

Cons

Very fast pace, Dirty, dusty workplace, very hot in summer, bitter cold in winter, massive 68 hour week

working in bingo

Being a waste management company for outsiders it does not give kind of a corporate place. However they are one of largest waste management company and take care of their employees very well

Commercial Truck Driving

The workforce should be balanced of work, training and time off from all the stress. This keeps a balance of future accomplishments ahead. Time off work is not always allowed due to busy periods of the year.

Pros

Great Gear of equipment

Cons

long hours
