Worst Pay / Conditions

Wages are low! For Long Hours! Hours are not fairly paid! People are put on Salary and end up working enormous amounts of unpaid overtime! Penalties paid by other companies seem to be a mystery to this company! Do the sums? DIDO $1000 a week? If your lucky! Paid fortnightly/ Very stressful work environment even for those whom are "Seasoned" workers! High Turn Over Of staff! Would I incourage...

Competitive place

Work wise is ok but need to have more staff. Management is good and cooperative. You will get paid very well. Innovative on the way they present their product. Cost effective on all aspect of food cost. Company will make the best out of your skill. You will learn a lot here work wise.

Great place, great people

I worked for Blackdown for only a very short time but really enjoyed it. My day was fast paced and challenging and I learned a lot in the short time I was with them. The people I worked with was very helpful and friendly.
