Unprofessional,over worked,poor work environment.It was all about their budget,for a not for profit charity they are all about the dollar.

Not terrible but also not great
Not the worst workplace but a change of management and a more welcoming attitude towards new staff would benefit the facility. More opportunities for career advancement would also be nice. Some staff act in an unprofessional manner which tends to impact the quality of care delivered.
