Very difficult. No consistency if service with so many part timers. Meant often doing work in own time, unpaid.

Yes. Large staff turnover. Blue care can no longer keep staff. 9-10 hour days can amount to 38-40 hour week. Be prepared to have no lunch break, whilst management is socializing in shopping centres.

Blue Care now has a huge staff turnover. So yes, if you want to work your butt off, for a no care company, you will definitely get 38 -40 hour weeks.

Now days a definite YES!!!!! so short staffed as people are leaving.
