Process specialist/ Mechanical in Erskine Park NSW
on 26 March 2022
A good job if you are close to retirement. Mechanical trades will stagnate and gain no experience. If you are young go out and learn and earn. Come here when you've had enough.
Process Worker in Hastings VIC
on 29 March 2021
unprofessional management
management treat employees in a very unprofessional way. H.R department is so poorly run that with the last EA higher management employed a facilitator to do their job because they can't do it. if you get hurt at work they sack you because of the work injury and it's not your fault.
Warehousing in Hobart TAS

A challenge but can be very rewarding if you want to multi skill yourself.very active work place in regards to for filling the local building industries.
Reception/Administration Sales Support in Northgate QLD
on 12 September 2020
Best Job ever. Highly recommended.
I enjoyed my time there. The people who I worked with and job variety made it. Flexible hours great parking. Just off the M1. Uniform if you prefer. Sadly I was made redundant.
Forklift Operator in Emu Heights NSW
on 13 June 2020
Not bad but never get off casual even after a few years. Full timers that are there take it easy knowing they have job security while casuals work hard for no job security

Interview Questions

I recently had an interview with them. Mainly safety focused questions and behavioural questions. Questions like “tell me a bit about your background and a bit about yourself” “‘what motivates you?” “‘what are some qualities that you can bring to the role?” “‘what do you know about Bluescope and about the role your applying for?” “‘tell me about a time you worked well in a team?” “‘tell me about a time you noticed a safety issue at work, how you responded and what was the outcome?” “tell me about a typical day in your current role and what are the standard safety procedures for certain tasks?” “tell me about a time when you solved a problem as a team, what your role was and the outcome?” Also questions about future progression and learning, where you want to be in say 5 years or so. Also have a couple of questions of your own handy for the end when they ask you “do you have any questions for us?” I think having lots of safety focused behavioural scenarios and team work problem solving scenarios would be beneficial. Good luck!
