When I was first interviewed, it was a three step process, the first step was a quiz type of test, the second was the results of the test and then they asked about your previous work history along with a copy of your resume, then you would be told that "we will call you on Friday to let you know if you have been successful or not"
And I did get the call, but it was`nt on friday, it was the day before, and thats how I got the job, but now days they use a job network provider...I think.
