As a Service administrator and being the face of Bose after reception was always challenging, customers had to be pacified after triaging the issues they were facing with their electronic equipment, ranging from a headset to Bose Professional system.Bose had and has a unique customer care program, as customer are generally used to take items to a counter to other service centres but at Bose, there is an office where the customer gets to sit on comfortable chairs and talk to customer care person and if the issue could be resolved within a timely manner then the customer is requested to relax in the customer lounge while a quick assessment,repair or replacement, if under warranty is done.The customer care administrator has the empowerment to create the wow factor for the clientand on most occasions the client leaves the premisses with a great gesture.

Spectrum of multi-talented sales, admin, and technical staff worked in harmony and mutual respact. USA executives travelled to appoint/dismiss senior staff and personally discuss administrative changes with lower rank staff. The Best.
