easy work. although underpaid. any extra efforts are not recognised or rewarded by management. management are a bunch of flops who are arrogant and suck each other off.

Good work environment. Bad Upper management

Great work place with good team leaders. Jobs are all cataloged so easy to learn and stay busy. Most people are easy to work with and will help you out if your unsure. Over time never gets paid correctly you will lose anywhere up to 6hrs ot. I would not recommend doing any ot as you will not get the money paid correctly. Just a heads up as well. All contractors got sacked during covid-19 out break. It was pretty bad they waited untill the Friday and told them all not to come in Monday. Something to be aware if if you have bill and family to take care of.

Work environment and work culture good team leaders.

Cons

Pay issues with OT. Job security.

Overall great place to work some nice people and supervisers where great but a lot of political BS and back stabing to be in with the leading hand and between day and avro so they can take it easy when everyone is working double and shifts don't double check the jobs before continuing then play the blame game and try to get people fired to be in with the in crowd

Fun place to work, good people, growing

Have enjoying my time in the role at Clayton head office. Have been with the company for a few months and people have welcomed me really well and given me a good level of training. The work environment is really clean and modern, great factory.

Fun and tidy workplace

Production forklift operator, Store man (Former Employee) - Melbourne VIC - 19 August 2015

All in all it is not too bad of a place to work, The shop floor guys are a great bunch but to progress is difficult and some are expected too much of with no return for effort. The sizable gap in communication etc. from the management staff and comittee's and department needs a lot of work.
