Many years ago the culture was amazing but through out stores it is not being lived . I believe this is due unrealistic expectations by management but they too have a bucket load of expectations from their leaders . There is no time for good culture. Because of the never ending pressure
Culture is toxic! Managers should be rotated regularly, including complex managers!

Treat everyone the same.Manager always ready to help and amenable to requests.
The cultural is good, sometimes you might not get the service you want so have patients and look around for someone for service easy as 1,2,3,

Very poor now was once a Company with a unique culture but not any more, same as any big business is all about the $$$$.
Multicultural and all are working in group and they all are so nice people to work with i enjoyed working with Bunnings as Retail
