  • Many years ago the culture was amazing but through out stores it is not being lived . I believe this is due unrealistic expectations by management but they too have a bucket load of expectations from their leaders . There is no time for good culture. Because of the never ending pressure

  • Culture is toxic! Managers should be rotated regularly, including complex managers!
