Just like a highschool - only at Bunnings!

The actual job is fun though with other teammates in the first few months however the fun vibe and teamwork is slowly dying and it’s all because the management team are all to blame.I’ve worked here for almost a year and the whole vibe is just dead now and not as great as it used to be.I’ve seen the best and most positive people that came and went over the most pathetic reasons and in droves...

Fast paced workplace

Been with Bunnings for over a year and a half now. The workload depending on time of day is quite high mainly due to staffing issues. However, it is a great place to work particularly if you have no previous experience and presents lots of opportunities for career growth if interested.

Things have changed

Used to be a great place to work. Things have changed now. No growth or training anymore. People have become numbers and management don’t care about the staff or don’t have the resources to support the team.
