A great place to grow in knowledge and experience

Bunning's has a great opportunity to grow and develop as a person. you learn to interact with many different people of culture and leaderhip ability. You learn many different skills. Merchandising, up sale, good training, customer interaction. Bunnings has different levels. G3, G4 . This gives you something to aim for if you are wanting to advance within the company. They also have a future leaders program to which you can advance to a co- coordinator.

There is a lack of trained and knowledgeable management which really shows. Not just in the knowledge of the items in the areas they are the leaders of but just simple things like rostering and communication.

bunnings is a hard place to work but they tend to look after their staff and if you work hard enough you can move up in the company they tend to look after their staff

Staff are helpful and very friendly. Although I was on as job placement duties, the staff are still willing to listen for advice for improvements in stock locations. I found that dealing with customers most enjoyable.
