Fellow staff are friendly and nice, with a focus on team building and team culture. Management makes you feel heard. At times the job can be stressful during peak hours with little staff on the floor.

The most incredible people managed by idiots

You will meet some of the nicest people you have ever come across when working at the Thomastown store. However, this is completely overshadowed by the poor management the store can’t seem to get right. You will work understaffed, undervalued and of course under appreciated. The ‘benefits’ they describe are coffee cards to cover you working at the rate of 3 people in rain, hail and shine. You may stay because of the people, as mentioned above they are incredible. If you can see beyond the poor management and not let it get to you then you may enjoy it. But ask if I would recommend it, I would say absolutely not. Because once those amazing people move on, you will soon realise it’s harder and harder to turn up every day.

A great place to work understanding with rostering and a fun environment, leaders are mostly kind and understanding. The only negative is rude customers
