Okay
I would have liked to have seen a lot more in the area of Education and job opportunities with Bupa and also a lot more money put into people increasing their skills. The company reduced the staff numbers when the government allowedthem to do so and this made it very difficult to deliver high quality care.

Toxic work place
wouldn't recommend anyone to work there, bad management, low staff moral, very unsatisfactory Management have no empathy or commitment to ensuring a good environment to work in they employ inexperienced workers who never remember how to do there job management change there mind continually one day you can do this the next day your in trouble. and management tell your personal business to other co workers management never investigate correctly causing unnecessary stress to you it’s all about money and money only they wonder why they loose the good long standing staff. I could write so much more !!! The only thing I will miss working there is the clients I looked after.

Arrogant company
I worked for Aged Care Recruitment team and whilst other departments may run differently this department was always in a state of flux, constant changes and they wouldn't listen to the team.Very poor management, unprofessional decision making and did not care for the people on the ground trying to make things work. They will run you into the ground if you let them.
