Easy Job
I have worked for Bupa for a few years now, was a former oasis practice. Since becoming Bupa I do feel like standards have dropped and the teams above the manager don't really have any clinical background which makes working life in practice very difficult. I would say Bupa offer a lot of support and opportunities however I feel like as they are such a big company that they don't treat there staff very well and don't show a lot of appreciation for the things that we do. I feel like you are just a number to them. I also think the pay is awful for such a large company. Other then that the company is ok, practice manager was great and the whole team are amazing.
Pros
free lunch, free cpd, training courses
Cons
long hours, rubbish pay, no praise

Busy Practice
This is a very busy dental practice, which can be very enjoyable to work in. I have worked here for 13 years both full time and now par time due to having a small child.
