Get rid of 90% of store managers and area managers who arnt human that expect staff to have no life like them.

Wages - wages were OK 5 years ago. Since then the Union / Management have negotiated away all penalty rates, apart from Sundays 1.5 of base wage & Public Holidays. Their hasn't been a wage increase for over 2 years. They pressure you into taking small part time contracts to save paying the 20% casual loading.

The interview process is quite easy going and doesn't take long.
They will ask you a few questions and all that they expect is for you to answer them honestly to the best of your ability.

And Dress well, I like to always be presented well, So I suggest for a even better impression Go to the interview presentable, neat and tidy.

All you have to do is listen to the customer about their enquiries or what they're after and try your best to help find an answer, the 2 most common types of questions customers will ask are for help with a recommendation or to find out if we have the particular drink they are looking for. Just remember to smile, be friendly and positive, the rest will come naturally.
