Unless you tick all the boxes they say they want in your resume etc getting through to them via the website will be really hard. Look for a BWS that had a sign up saying they want staff. The manager can fast track it past the stupid system.

The interview process is quite easy going and doesn't take long.
They will ask you a few questions and all that they expect is for you to answer them honestly to the best of your ability.

And Dress well, I like to always be presented well, So I suggest for a even better impression Go to the interview presentable, neat and tidy.
