Dedicated to good staff

My experience at Cality Care has been good. I’ve been able to build up an weekly schedule here with the same clients and I’ve received feedback from coordinators saying they are happy with my commitment to their clients and clients are happy too. I found it easy to fill up all my available time for work and the rostering team gave me good feedback because I always respond to their communication and I don’t cancel on my clients. They want me for more shifts but I can only do 20 hours a week right now. I will note that if you don’t like communicating with rostering teams or coordinators then this isn’t the workplace for you. They are very BIG on staff interacting with them and the shift app.

Clients are great management have no idea

Poor communication, shifts canceled with no explanation, and little to no notice. No training, or ongoing training, no perks as one of the lowest payers. poor morale, and toxic culture. The only redeeming quality is the clients who are a pleasure to support. The worst company I have worked for, was disorganized and dishonest.

I liked the set up of how you sign in on your phone. Gives you a run down of the participant you will be supporting. You write a summary of the day or hours spent with the participant. You sign off at the end of your shift. So the shift goes on time e.g 7am -3.00 Sign on before you start your shift.

I had short shifts, which I liked.
Cons
The shifts were full on . Feeding and personal care.

Management has favorite staff

Management seems to give you shifts then cancel when they get their favorite staff on board without any explanation. They seem to have no clients at the place they advertised the job would be therefore ine ends up driving 30-1-1/2hrs to work Barely get enough hours They have favorite staff who get regular shifts . They cancel last minute and you dont get paid and no explanation ie given. The

Great well organised professional company

I transferred across to Cality Care with a client I already had. The interview process, was professional, organised. The interview process I had was via phone/email due to Covid restrictions. Cality Care have the clients and staffs best interests at heart.

The worst service provider, they do not care about their clients and families it's all about money to them. No communication and feedback from management and very unprofessional and uncooperative to clients needs

I really enjoy working with the team at Cality Care - There is a collaborative approach, and they are readily available for staff to have a chat. The atmosphere is relaxed and the app they use is easy.
