Just fix all the problems with payment, rostering, and management.
Be aware of there worker's health and well-being
Communication upgrades and pictures of preference to display of food/salads so there is reference and less confusion with your staff. Maybe offer training were you need staff or explain properly why they don't fit your requirements?
