Supervisor was an angel but that was about it
My supervisor was an angel and constantly supported me. However pay is pretty poor, nurses treat you like dirt and the work that I did was extremely boring and did not engage my brain at all. No opportunity for a pay rise unless you move positions

Basically you are a cleaner
For the most part in the beginning it was a great place to work with a good variety of work, but over the years the only shifts available were cleaning,

Used to be good.
This is an ageist company with no loyalty to long term staff. Pushes “aged” as in over 40 out the door to replace with “new “young” blood. Constantly short staffed. Bosses that don’t care because they go home early. Very clicky, badly run company.

Good work for someone who is not interested in bringing in a good sized pay check
Rosters can be incredibly scattered, some days I have 2 hours of work and other days I will have 7. It is not a secure roster and therefore makes it incredibly hard to be able to afford to live. I never get paid the correct kilometres for travel. That is another down side, the ware and tare on your car is not ideal and with some days only getting a 2 hour job it is very hard to afford fuel.
