Fun workplace
Mechanics Assistant (Former Employee) - Gungahlin ACT - 18 May 2019
I worked at Canberra Toyota workshop for work experience that was focused on fixing cars. I have learned how to change the tires on a car, how to inflate the tires, how to check the amount of oil in the engine. The management there was good and I liked the manager. The workplace culture was very friendly and it was more a getting to know each other workplace culture. The hardest part of the job was removing certain parts of a car. The most enjoyable part of the job was utilizing my colleagues to do certain task.
Pros
Half hour breaks
Cons
Long work hours
