Trim Room Assistant (Former Employee) – Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON – 19 August 2019
Worked at tweed in the trimming department in NOTL for about 4 months. Found the job to be highly unexciting, and the management was inexperienced to say the least. The wages sucked considering the company is making millions. Dreaded coming into work to be honest. Also the green houses are in pretty bad shape as well. Almost every harvest I seen Buds would be covered in powdery mildew and bud rot, and lots of that weed ends up getting packaged anyways and sold. so if you have any respiratory issues I would think twice about applying here or even trying their cannabis for yourself.
Production Assistant (Current Employee) – Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON – 16 August 2019
documented & informed HR of incidents and they are quite scared to come down on their equals. utterly useless, making 40-50G's a year and all they do is sit at their desk and do nothing to protect front line employees. all of the upper management is protected, especially those from "old regime". everyone has multiple faces and even more knives to drive into your spine. Forget advancement goals, expect to work on garbage plants in a poisoned environment.
