Absolutely none whatsoever there is also a high disregard for any recognition for its staff members no room for growth especially at store level

Hours are not flexible and the pressure to do more hours or lack of hours for reliable staff overall flexibility is not what you would get with working here

I believe you don’t get the full job description before you begin working it is something that develops over time and once they allow you a foot in the door you’d be hit with all the other job titles they did not tell you about at the interview
