Like any job you get 10 sick days per year. Be prepared to throw those days in the bin if you dare to have any mental health issues, they show no understanding or sympathy for those who are abused by customers on the daily. Exceptional work ethic or not, you're sure to be swept under the carpet if you have anything to say.

The Cash Converters I worked at... yes. It was better than alright and had a really good work culture, but note, (not meant offensively) remember to use proper sentence structure and wording (unlike your question). It will assist your chances. All the best. :)

Cash Converters does conduct police checks but obviously doesn't check if the people they hire have even completed high school as they are running a playground filled with degenerates.
