No care for staff. Operations managers completely clueless across the organisation. Only focus is on maximising profit and minimising waste. Will cast aside employees in a heatbeat.

Management will bully you to leave round your ninth year.

When you're ninth year is about to start they find ways for you to leave . In my case it's also age matters.Management tells staff not to assist you as much.No overtime aloud. Cut back on hours on public holidays.

Good environment to work in they take care of there employees It is friendly environment that you enjoy to work in No cash all ephos so never get accused to stealing Didn't take much out of your day working the hours

Cronies protecting incompetence.

Uneven distribution of work, to cover for others inability or desire to do their job. I was told part of my job was to perform tasks, which by industry norms do not fall under my area of responsibility. Constantly expected to perform duties over and above contracted scope and reasonable work loads.

Not a bad place to work. Few concerns about the hiring process, getting a contract and job offer without an interview is a red flag. Not to mention the pay is pretty bad.

If you don’t fit in they will f you off.FIFO world. Camp managers generally move their teams with them. So either like it or lump it!!! Not much opportunity to advance. Poor pay rate.

A good workplace environment, always cool people to work with, However management is slow at getting things done and oftentimes there is a delay in getting things that you need or where concerns are raisedYou're most likely going to be put into the deep end when you start working here and left to try and figure things out

Depending on who is the head cook and area manager I had the worst experience such low rate pay for the amount of work they expect you to do.Don’t expect to be rewarded for your hard work

Good peers to work with. Severely lacking in middle and upper management. Very long waiting time to get issues resolved. Very high turnover of staff. food and accommodation is great.

DONT WORK HERE - mentally destabilising

In 26 working years, hands down THE WORST job. Mainly because Management even at Head Office level as well as site level and head CHEFs are GASLIGHTING, intimidating bullies. Be warned. If you try do a good job or stand up for vulnerable people being targeted you will be put through the hardest time of your life or fired. Absolutely shocking work culture and they put so much fear in staff that no one speaks up. THE ONLY WAY THIS STOPS IS IF PEOPLE SPEAK UP.

Had the worst experience of my working life (30 years+) with this company. Extremely rude and disrespectful managers, unrealistic work loads and burn em/churn em mentality. Never ever again, there are many other catering companies that support and respect their employees. Always had pay queries that took months to sort out. High staff turnover.

Shouldn't have worked here considering it was my first job in Australia. I would not recommend a Corporate employee with mid - senior level experience in IT sector to work here . Ok for a recent graduate or as an internship /part time while working on your degree.
