under payed, no room for advancement, they will offer to keep you interested, but months will go by and still same grasps of hope. be care full on the training packages some are out of date and they didn't like the idea of spending time on the improvements. Loved the work and training people that wanted to learn that atmosphere was great..

Pros

i did enjoy the work. And most of the people / staff were bueatifull / lovley people

Cons

verry political cover your self write everything, Some have memory problems and like to blame others.

This company never allow to show my experience to work there

I apply for electronic technician and assembler position in this company during last 14 years more than 20 times. Once i got an interview 13 years ago and they said unsuccessful. After that I never got for interview. I don't know the reason.I hope I never get in future also because i don't know the reason why they hate me.

Over 270 people work here and the majority are great people. All wanting to get the job done in the least amount of time but with the greatest of care and professionalism. Building state of the art electronics for radar systems in Australia, using Australian designs, technologies and hardware. Fun place to work. Challenging and rewarding at the same time. The sky is the limit here from being an assembler to manager. All can go from the bottom to the top. The technology here is leading the industry in state of the art electronics for C Band, S Band and L Band radar systems world wide.
