Lots of opportunities

Huge potential. Lots of opportunities to learn, grow and make improvements. Work life balance can be a challenge, depending on the role. Management need more support from corporate functions and executive team to allow much needed changes to make the site a sustainable employer into the future.

Never worked at a more toxic environment then Cement Australia Railton. This place has the potential to be a great work place, how ever certain individuals bully co-workers, contractors and even management. I am totally shocked that the ring leaders of this behaviour have not been stood down and allowed to thrive and get away with it. Any other mine site in Australia would have swift disciplinary ...

Good working ethics and culture. Good working rapport with other workers. Family-friendly working environment and socialization. I can negotiate working roisterers and working times to suit availability and over time with weekend work.
