Manage service administration by maintaining accurate systems and records to support and coordinate the software engineer’s activities through prioritising and scheduling jobs. I would drive service reviews and renewals to drive revenue growth. Provide customer phone support to assist service admin and the customer care team with service orders and invoice processing. Provide leadership, direction, implementation and management of all aspects of the IT Service Delivery lifecycle. Responsibilities included ensuring the procurement, coordination and orchestration of service delivery is consistent across solution works. Manage the delivery of services across Australia, promote and engage the business on service delivery capabilities and services.
