It was good working with them

I had a decent experience working as a Kitchen Steward at Challenger Services in Australia. The pay was quite good, around $30 an hour, which was a definite plus. Best Outsourced Cleaning Company

I loved my time working with Challenger and was more than sad when I moved on. Senior managers had high expectations, so it filtered through to operations, lesser staff would get upset because they had to 'work' for their pay. The business ran as a professional outfit, expectations were high, and this is where the weak became unstuck and complained. If you did a good day's work, then no problem....

Family Business, Temramental, Keep well away!!

The Pay as a Senior Manager was Excellent. Top management is very wishy-wash, and the head chases the tail until no one knows what is happening. You will be used and spat out, and the culture is Toxicity on steroids. Everyone is the boss and each backbite one another. Pay is excellent but be ready to exit at any time.

i worked there as a casual employ. pay was good and working there was not so hard for me. i worked there for 3-4 months. if you want to work full time or part time dont do they pay the lowest that is possible. casual is okay

No one will trained you. You need to find your way out of each day issues. Managers will treat you rude and yell at you and the w hole team.

If is your first job in Australia is 'safe' for a contract. Move out as soon as you can and don't let them make you feel stupid.They have a very bad working culture, they just don't care about anything, safety included.They will let you down always, and then ask you to do more.
